Our Story: From Music to Global Talent

Talent Services Direct was born from the vision of our founder, Maria Francisco. Maria entered the entertainment industry in 2014 with a clear mission: to empower individuals to become the CEOs of their own ventures. Through firsthand experience and direct access to the inner workings of major industry players, Maria gained a deep understanding of the systemic gaps between gatekeepers and talent. This insight inspired her to advocate for change and challenge the status quo of how creative business is conducted.

In December 2019, Maria launched the platform (originally as Music Services On Demand) to provide the public with reliable, trustworthy professional services. By bridging the gap between major corporations and independent talent, Maria aimed to change the narrative of the industry.
